The Crestone Mountain Zen Center is at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains at 8,200 feet,
bordering the Rio Grande National Forest, has a view of the Great Sand Dunes, and is located between
the Haidakandi Ashram and the Shumei Temple.The staff and facilities are as special as the area surrounding it: The Kuan Yin room for group gatherings, the Zendo room for silent meditation, and the acoustic Lindisfarne Dome, built with sacred geometry, for sacred dance, chant and ceremony. The resident monks will be preparing our space and meals.
$298 will cover room and all meals. An optional offering for tuition will be considered “dana”, or in Buddhist terms, what your heart chooses to offer the facilitator.
